A sweet lemon infused marshmallow, swirled with tangy lemon curd and a topping of lightly crushed meringue and vanilla biscuits.
Ingredients:
Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Lemon Curd (SUGAR, WATER, GLUCOSE SYRUP (PRESERVATIVE (SODIUM METABISULPHITE)), CLARIFIED BUTTER 6% (CONTAINS MILK), LEMON PUREE 5%, EGG YOLK 4%, FOOD ACIDS (CITRIC, SODIUM CITRATE), THICKENER (PECTIN), LEMON OIL, COLOUR (BETA-CAROTENE)), Beef Gelatine, Nice Biscuits (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Baking Powder, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Flavour (Natural), Antioxidant (E307b From Soy), Meringue (Caster Sugar, Egg White, Egg White Powder, White Vinegar, Stabilisers (415, 412), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Antifoaming Agent (1505)), Lemon Oil, Cornflour, Salt, Yellow Food Colouring.

All marshmallows are sealed and have a best before of 16 weeks (4 months).
Once opened, marshmallows need to be stored in an air tight container, and can be kept for
around a month or even longer depending on how air tight the container is.
